Dr Organic unveil new rooftop solar project
Swansea-based organic beauty business, Dr. Organic is unveiling their new rooftop solar panel project, large enough to power 160 homes.
Olympus Power installed a 1,500-panel array across 2,952 square metres of roof space that will power 35% of the electricity needs for the Dr. Organic Swansea headquarters, with all excess energy exported to the National Grid.
The roof-mounted panel system, designed and installed by Olympus Power, is forecast to generate 584,306 kWh per year units of electricity every year, saving a projected 123,260 Kg of carbon dioxide.
